Fit-4 is an array of tests designed specifically to audit sales competencies and identify skills gaps within a specific sales role. With Fit-4 you can easily see who is up with the best, who could be the best and what it takes to get them there. Each assessment can be taken quickly online, ensuring minimal impact on day to day activity. Reports on each individual are automatically collated for ease of review.
 
Fit-4 sales assessment considers a number of key areas to provide a rounded, objective picture of an individual sales person when compared to an optimal view of the requirements for their role.

Sales staff are evaluated against several aspects of the sales cycle depending on the individual’s role, including selling skills, developing game plans and managing and growing a customer base. It also considers other aspects such as the ability to work in unfamiliar surroundings and adapt to change as new information is presented, a frequent scenario when conducting high level sales meetings.
 
The reports allow you to quickly see if an individual has a low, medium or high “fit” to each competency assessed. Each competency within the assessment is ranked against the required fit and reported in a format that highlights skill gaps and can be used to form the basis of a development programme specific to that individual.
